Documents Needed for Ireland Join Family Visa
The documents you are required to submit for obtaining a family reunification visa for Ireland are given as follows:
- Properly inked and dated operation form summary.
- Two clear passport-size filmland in line with the specified Ireland print conditions.
- Original passport along with its dupe.
- Clones of all former passports, if applied.
- Letter of operation stating the following:
- Proof of your family member, who is eligible to handle your expenses.
- If the family member is a citizen of Ireland
- If the family member is a non-EU or a non-EEA citizen
- For consorts
- For children under 18
- For De Facto mates
- Evidence of your relationship history, similar to visas, filmland, correspondence, etc.
- Evidence of sufficient fiscal conditions.
- Bank statements of recent six months of both you and your guarantor.
- Evidence that your guarantor must meet the minimal income conditions.
- P60s for the former 2 times and 1 time if your guarantor has only been in the country for that time.
- Most recent three payslips.
- A work contract that is valid for a minimum period of one year from the date of operation, which states that the guarantor has processed the payment.
- Notices of income assessment, if your guarantor is tone-employed.
- Dupe of a work contract which states their estimated periodic income.
- Substantiation of their earnings, if your guarantor can manage to bring you to Ireland incontinently.
- Evidence stating that you are dependent on your sponsor. The quantum and frequency of fiscal support you admit from them, similar to through bank transfers.
- Substantiation of why you are not a good fit to gain a variety of state benefits.
- Evidence of income sources, if applicable.
- Substantiation of your living costs, like rent, serviceability, food, medical, education and costs, etc.
- Substantiation of a medical condition rendering you dependent on your guarantor.
- Medical insurance is needed to present it to the immigration officers at border control.
