Demand Letter for Recruitment of Front office supervisor in Multiple Provinces in Canada
We hereby request you to assist us in recruiting workers for employment with our clients in
Canada and liaise with relevant regulations concerning recruitment.
Terms and Conditions :
- Contract Period: 2years/ Renewable
- Probation Period: 3 months
- Working Days: 5-6 days a week (Require working on weekends, overtime, and flexible with schedules)
- Working Hours: 8-10 hours per day (30-40 hours in a week)
- Overtime: In accordance with Canadian law/ To be discussed
- Work Schedule: a) Monday to Sunday (5-6 days a week) b) 30mins of a break for a meal
Job description and main duties:
- Greeting guests upon their arrival and providing a hospitable welcome
- Recording client information in the company’s guest book or internal database and directing them to their designated rooms
- Receiving calls, conducting room reservations, and verifying existing bookings
- Organizing transportation services and making restaurant reservations for guests upon request
- Processing customer payments and presenting them with the bill upon check-out
- Assisting guests who request additional services, including catering, wedding bookings, and retreat activities
- Keeping the front desk neat, orderly, and sanitized at all times
- Excellent customer service skills, phone etiquette, and listening abilities
- Flexibility to work varying and extended shifts
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining professionalism
- Attention to detail to ensure an error-free work environment
- Effective organization and time-management skills to prioritize and complete tasks on time
- Work experience: A minimum of 3-4 years of provable (Documents) work experience in the same field and capacity
- Language: English
- IELTS Requirements: Must achieve no less than 5 in all modules. Having a certification with the described scores before the interview process will have a higher priority.
- Education: Minimum of Higher Secondary School Education (12/10+2 years)- Bachelor’s Degree could be a great asset
- Background check: Criminal record check must be provided by each candidate
Conditions :
- The employee will not change his employment during the contract period and shall not carry or do business as per the terms of the Canadian work visa
- Must provide all Education and Work experience related documents before the interview process
- The employee must be aware that Tax deductions (Approximately 15%-25%) apply to the employee’s gross salary according to the province that they will reside
- The employer is NOT obligated to provide any accommodation or food or travel benefits to the employee.
